Humble Dogs

That they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts. Matthew 13:15b

About

Why Humble Dogs?
That is the character of a well trained, properly cared for dog. They sit at their masters feet. They wait for ‘go’ before eating and eat what they’re given. They exit and enter the house after not before told to do so. They come when called. They greet with enthusiasm but without jumping. They play there masters games. They sound the alarm when danger approaches.

The untrained dog is most often aggressive, defensive and self gratifying.

I chose the name in context to Psalm 22:16:

“For dogs have surrounded me; A band of evildoers has encompassed me; They pierced my hands and my feet.”

Which Jesus used to explain His use of parable in Matthew 13:15b:

“For this people’s heart has become calloused;
they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts ….”

Forbid that I equate myself with Jesus, live in comparison to Him, hopefully, for that is where my hope lies, with Jesus. Yes I am Christian.
